    You can go for engineering in different streams like B.Tech in CSE (computer science engineering), Information technology (IT), mechanical engineering (ME), civil engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, biotechnology, food technology, electrical engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, electronics and computer engineering, chemical engineering, automobile engineering, CHE- petroleum, aerospace engineering, ME- mechatronics.     If you choose CS. you have to work very hard because
    you have to learn new language
    but if you can take it the pay is
    good it is preferable to take mtech mca from
    premium institute

    After engineering, if you want to go for government jobs, PSUs, then mechanical, civil, electrical, EC
    If you want to go for multinational company, then go for CSE or EC.

    Selecting branches in B.Tech totally depends upon your point of interest. You should select the branch you are interested in. If you do so you will automatically have scope in your subject. Every branch in Engineering have a good scope all over the World.
