Which B.Tech branch shall I choose? I have done my 12th with MPC from state board.

If you are interested only in Maths, You can do B.Sc in mathematics. This can easily fetch you a job. You can do B.Tech in any branch in which you are interested.
In my opinion, you should do B.Sc in Maths.
