Which B.Tech colleges will be suitable for me? I have scored 63.4% in 12th and 8.2CGPA in 10th.

It will depend upon your JEE ranking. If you will have good marks in JEE Mains or Advanced then you can get admission in IITs or NITs. Otherwise, there are lots of private institutes. Some of them are: SRM Amity Symbiosis LPU.
