See you can have very good scope after Engineering in any field for MBA. Try to choose the field in which you love to work and you have very much interest in it with curiosity, it will be best for you than any other fields and then related field in MBA after it.
    Best of luck and work.

Since you want to do MBA, you could pursue any branch of engineering. Go through the core subjects of each branch and check which branch compliments your strengths and choose accordingly.

    Hi Ayushi,
You can pursue MBA after any B.Tech specialization provided you perform decently in your graduation. You need to have a good score in CAT/MAT/XAT, etc. to get into good MBA colleges.
