Which B.Tech group should I prefer to settle better in foreign countries?

You can choose any branch from IT or EC. The thing is, CS is popular in India, while IT is popular in foreign. And ECE is popular at both the places. You can also go for Mechatronics, as it is a new and very emerging branch and has great scope.
