Which Bachelor's course should I pursue to become a software architect?

Hi,
You will have to pursue Computer Science and allied courses along with specializations in Masters to be a software architect.

You are advised to do BTech CSE from a top engineering college and first become an excellent programmer. You can learn all skills and build competencies of Software architect on the job.
