Which bank the demand draft of IMDR should be payable at or where dd should be payable at.

The demand draft is drawn in favour of Director IMDR but i cant understand where dd should be payable at and which address do we need to send the documents. do we need to send class 10 and class 12 marksheets also along with graduation marksheet.
