Hi,
PGDBM(Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance) is a good option for you.
It is about 1 year duration.
Several private sector banks offer such courses & provide you direct job to the respective bank after successful completion of the course.
Axis bank, Idbi bank , Federal bank are some of them
