Which banks offer education loan for PGDip in New Zealand?
I am going to New Zealand for Masters of International Business. According to NZ educational system first year is considered as PGDip and second year is Masters. I enquired in SBI and they denied loan for PGdip. I enquired more and got to know that all banks don't provide loan for PGDip. Is it true?
Hi Nikhil.it seems you are going to AIS St. Helens.well yes SBI does trouble students in giving education loans for courses such as a PG Diploma. But you can consider banks such as Oriental Bank of Commerce, Central Bank of India & Allahabad Bank. Most of our students have got loans from these banks for Diploma programs without any problem. The loan amount etc will depend on the bank's loan criteria & will largely be based on your/your sponsor's ability to repay as well availability of collateral security with you. For more details you may contact me here or on 09569445777. Please mark this answer as best , if you feel comfortable.

Hi, Now a days almost all the banks offer education loan to students, to pursue their education in India or Abroad. The banks offer maximum loan of Rs 10 Lac for education in India and Rs 20 Lac for education abroad. The repayment period vary from 5-7 years. The bank do not ask for any collateral security up to the amount of Rs4 lac, but if the amount exceeds Rs 4 lac then the bank will ask for collateral security. The repayment of the loan amount starts after 6 months of completion of course or after 6 months of getting job, which ever is earlier. I hope this answers your query. If you like this answers, than please mark it as a Thumbs Up
