Which BBA course shall I pursue among IT, marketing, IB and finance? What is the difference general BBA and these specialisations?

BBA in international business or finance would be better. In BBA general, you will taught all the things related to management. The best option is to go with BBA general, and then you can go for MBA with specialization as per your interest.
