Hi there,
With a rank of 22,000, you will not get some good colleges. However, you can apply for some lower branches in good colleges like Dayananda Sagar, etc. but chances of getting those are very less. Also, these colleges don't have placements in lower branches.
So better apply for colleges like SDMCET, BVB, etc.
You will get Information Science in SDMCET with this rank by the 2nd round of COMEDK or you can also go for lower branches in SIT, Tumkur.
