It is said that CBSE board is quite easy than ICSE board as in ICSE Board, there is a detailed study of all the subjects. But, ICSE board provides more practical knowledge and it aims to build analytical skills in students that would provide long term future benefits which will enable them to excel in any kind of field they want.

CENTRAL BOARD OF SECONDARY EDUCATION (CBSE)
    Pros:
The syllabus is comparatively easier than other boards, especially because there are fewer subjects to cover and have a more compact structure. Subjects like Physics, Biology and Chemistry are covered under the umbrella of Science, while Geography, History and Civics come under the field of Social Sciences. The syllabus is application oriented as they follow a concentric curriculum
The biggest advantage is that all important competitive examinations held in India, including Engineering and Medical, are based on CBSE syllabus
Certification from CBSE board is recognised across India
    Cons:
    CBSE
    ...more

It is notified for the information that my original qualifying examination Certificate of main secondary examination of year 2019 and Roll. No:-5187386 issued by CBSE has been actually lost. Name of candidate: Mukesh Prajapatifull address : Gram&post -Haribanshpur, district -Siddharth Nagar, State - UTTER PREDESH.
  • ICSE is difficult but it is the best. It is available at very few places. CBSE is available all over India. If you didn't have ICSE in your place, then go for CBSE.

CBSE Syllabus is much better in theoretical knowledge, but ICSE syllabus has the upper hand when it comes to practical knowledge. Level of Ease, CBSE Syllabus is much easier, well structured, and compact than ICSE Syllabus. ICSE Syllabus is tougher when compared to CBSE because of the detailed study of all the subjects of ICSE Board. But ICSE Syllabus provides more practical knowledge and it aims to build analytical skills in students.

There is nothing like better. It depends on how well are you accustomed or get used to syllabus and question paper pattern. CBSE has regional kind of thing which is always beneficial at times.

Well, ICSE syllabus is tough, but it will make you competitive. Whereas, CBSE is much easier and widely used in India. So, if you want to go with most of the students in India, then you should choose CBSE.

ICSE board has a vast syllabus and has deeper stated facts about any topic taught through the curriculum. So any student studying under ICSE Board is definite to learn detailed study on any topic whereas CBSE on the other hand has a more comprehensive and short syllabus which focuses mostly on the practical aspect of topics. Therefore in my opinion, CBSE is better.
