Which board is this college affiliated to if it is not recognized by WBUT?

First of all, clear a few things- WBUT is not a board, it is a university, its full name is West Bengal University of Technology. Colleges cannot function or award degrees to its students without the affiliation of any University. That's why most of the engineering colleges of West Bengal are affiliated to WBUT.
But, UEM doesn't need any affiliation to WBUT or any other university because UEM itself is an autonomous University. It can award degrees to its students without the interference of any other University.
