Which book should I prefer for IBSAT preparation they told me RS Aggarwal? Does it cover whole four sections ?

No doubt R S Agarwal is the best book to prepare for any aptitude exam but it will help you to crack only DI & Quats section. So for verbal ability, Reasoning,comprehension you have to refer other material I would suggest you to just practice few mocks so that it will help you to plan the time.
