    Following are the books you can use-
    Fundamentals of Electricity and Magnetism: R. G. Mendiratta and B. K. Sawhney East -West Press ( 1976)
    Waves and Oscillations-N K Bajaj
    Fundamental of Optics, Jenkins and White, McGraw Hill (for Aberrations, Optical Instruments and Quantum Optics).

    The best book for you, to study Electricity and Magnetism, can be "Electricity and Magnetism Hardcover"
    For Wave and Optics, you may go for "Wave Optics Paperback".
