CSAT(Civil Services Aptitude Test) conducted by Union Public Services Commission (UPSC) .it is the first stage to apply for IAS,IPS,IFS and other civil service exam.you have to score good marks in this exam. Reference books are- General Studies- * India Year Book published by Government of India
