Which books should I prefer to prepare for IAS?

I am in class 11th with commerce. I want to study for IAS.

To prepare for Civil services. Watch news daily (especially DD news) Read national daily news papers.(cut n paSte important topics) Magazines like Pratiyogita darpan and India today are good one to remain updated. Focus on quality of study not quantity.
