Which branch can I take in B.Tech if I am strong in maths.

Hi,
B.Tech is only a small part of the syllabus, so if you are hoping for that evolves entirely around Maths there is none. Although Computer, ECE, EE, Mechanical are some branches that have Maths in them.
Also, I would suggest you to choose a course career wise and not subject wise, all the best.
