All four branches of MBA / PGDM are equally good. You must do specialisation based on your interests to excel in the field of your choice. Job opportunities of specialisations in oder of precedance are as follows : Marketing, Finance, HR and IT.

In MBA colleges, most of the recruiters are offering Marketing jobs & finance too. But choosing a specialisation is based on your interest & checking whether it bearable for you to study. Never look upon placements that match specialisation. Study the one which suits you more & let go, you will surely get a job so that you can enjoy it while you earn. Never pressurise yourself.
