Which branch has better scope in defence amongst CSE, ECE and mechanical?

You are clearly telling defense. There is no option other than mechanical and it's campus come only at certain places, Bhopal is one of them.

Hello, B.Tech in EC will be a good option in today's requirement and there are good placements in industry. But companies only take students who have extra skills along with degree. They don't just take a degree holder. So do extra courses and job will be in your hand. Best of luck.

As far as I know CSE and ECE have better scope than mechanical. CSE and ECE will give you technical jobs in defence while mechanical won't give you that.
