You can opt for CSE, IT or mechatronics. All the three branches have good scope.

It depends on your interest and passion about the branch.
civil, mechanical and electrical are the three engineering branches which are best in terms of job opportunities.
On the other hand, Computer science and engineering, electronics, bio-medical engineering, and automobile engineering are also good in terms of career growth.
