Which branch i should prefer for b.tech i dont like programming at all. Is ece still a good option.

If you do not like programming then ECE or Mechanical Engineering are good options. By the way, you have to learn programming in all streams of engineering during B.Tech syllabus. Programming skills will help you in your 8th semester project work.
