Well, technically speaking all he branches are good and offer opportunities to the deserving students with right APTITUDE. But practically saying maximum companies come to recruit from CSE. So, I would suggest you to check your aptitude first, then take a decision, but somehow if you cant get the right information about your aptitude then g for CSE and work hard. Choose a good university like LPU for the programme. DVD.

Dear Akash, Being a alumni of Lovely professional University, I would say Lovely Professional University provides good placements for all the branches. As a general rule for placements, a lot more will depend upon your own hard work, communication & presentation skills and overall preparation. This would be true for any university you enroll in. There are plenty of career opportunities after MBA in different sectors of industries like Banking and Finance, Investment Banking, multinationals, foreign banks, public sector undertakings, in effect the whole corporate sector offer bright opportunities to management graduates. The careers in management offers one of the best remuneration packages and perks everywhere. Many students are placed in reputed companies in different cities and some are placed abroad too. Top brands like Amazon, Trident, KPMG, Hindustan Unilever Ltd. L'Real India, Federal Bank, Colgate Palmolive, HDFC Bank, Elgi Equipments, Reliance Industries, ITC Ltd. , Tata AIG, Kent Healthcare Systems Ltd. , MRF Ltd. , etc. Visitung campus for placements. The package really depends on what he can show to the recruiters that, how much he is worth or deserved. There were some students who cracked the placement and got offered 21 LPA, while many failed to do so. The placements are exemplary. Im a pass-out myself and Im placed in a decent company, while some of my friends are placed abroad, too. Industrial exposure is offered through in-house training programs. The university organizes many external workshops for us. The package provided by on-campus jobs is also satisfactory. University environment is pretty decent with high-tech security. They also organize regular interactive one-on-one sessions with experts where we can discuss our views and share our doubts and problems. On an average the MBA students of LPU is offered and placed in the starting package of 4.5 TO 6 LPA (Fixed salary) while there may be cases of students getting less than that or more than that. Like I said, LPU will provide you the platform and the opportunity, but it is really you who have to go and perform on the platform being provided.

Curriculum in our branch is very well designed such that we can learn everything from basics to the in-depth knowledge of our field. The College takes us for the industrial visit for more growth and experience. It hands on experience by also working on live projects to develop a sense of problem-solving, and critical thinking in order to gain real-life understanding along with skill enhancement. In addition to core curriculum, the course offers subjects like communication and soft skills to enhance personality. The placements on the campus is good enough. It is the best university in the North of India to give the best packages in B.Tech (CSE). During the time of my induction, I have seen a few students who got placed in the companies with a package of 17 LPA. The university placement drive undoubtedly works hard for the students to get placed. Placements and job opportunities in LPU are good and now it is getting better and better. As far as I know and observed all the branches are equally good. Placements at LPU is a major known factor and the preparations for it start soon after joining classes at LPU itself and the students are guided until and unless they secure a job for themselves. To get placed in some company I would say it depends on your potential also. LPU provides ample opportunity for all students. As per my observance engineering at LPU is well known for its placements packages, then management and then any other course placements are rated. Well that depends on your interest. The branch in which you have a keen interest that can lead to a huge success. LPU is the best private university, it is one of the top 5 universities of India, providing quality education, innovative pedagogy, and unbeatable placements both national and international.
