There are only 2 courses offerd by IIST :

Aerospace Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering (Avionics).

The best branch in BTech at IIST is a matter of personal preference, but the most popular branches are Aerospace Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering.
