You should choose the branch that interests you. If your interest is in CSE then you shall go for B.Tech in CSE.

There is nothing called best, if you are not interested in that branch. Just following the rat race will not give you anything in life. Ask yourself which branch you want to take. In terms of placement, it will be CSE. In terms of knowledge and opportunities, it will be mechanical. In terms of ease, it could be civil, but it can be different for people depending on their interest. To be honest, any branch of engineering is best if you have interest in it.

All branches have their own scope. Choose carefully the branch in which you have interest. But according to the market, CSE or IT is better than others. Other than this Biotechnology, Chemical, Energy Management, Aerospace Engineering, and Textile Engineering are some good branches.

Depends on your interest. For some people CSE is best, while for others mechanical is best. It all depends on your interest. If you do not have interest in any specific field,you can go for CSE.
