Branch depends on your field of interest. If you are interested in field of computers and software, then Computer Science is better option. Electrical and Electronics is more related to electrical circuits and in future, you have option to get into PSUs like NTPC, BHEL, BEL, HAL, ONGC and GAIL. Evergreen fields in B.Tech are Mechanical, Electrical and Civil. Electronics is more related to microprocessor and digital circuitry. It has job profile in R&D department of Electronics manufacturers. In all its individuals field of interest that must be considered.

Using internet, advice from colleagues/other senior experienced members, and other media of research, try to find out what all these branches will lead you to.
Try to know exactly what type of practical work you will be doing after finishing your graduation, and then ask yourself what suits you best? That is the answer to your question. Scope of all the three fields suggested by you can vary 4 years from now. Scope varies with location, economics, and college and even with your abilities. So, don't focus much on that. Follow the line that suits you best. All three are worthy fields to take.

BE /B.Tech in computer Science is one of the best branch during recent years. Computer Science and Engineering is all about Computer Sciences, programming languages, software development and testing, networking etc. It also focuses on using the above mentioned skills and knowledge for practical and Industry specific usage. But you have to focus on your interested area in which you can do best. You can also take any branch among Civil engineering, Mechanical engineering, Chemical Engineering, Automobile Engineering.

It depends upon your interest. If you like electronics field then you should pursue B.Tech in electrical and the same goes for other branches. All the branches are good.
