Dear Vishav,
To be honest, it will be difficult to tell which engineering branch is better as both the branches mentioned by you are equally good. Moreover, every engineering branch has its own Pros and Cons and thus it will be unfair commenting which is better.
However, below are the key difference:
*Computer Science:
Computer Science Engineering is a division of engineering which involves the principles and techniques of both computer science and electronics engineering. It includes testing and designing of computer components.

Both Branch are good.
It depend Upon your Choice.
which stream want to go Cse & IT.
But you want know difference between CSE And It Program.
*Computer Science is the science of computers while Information Technology may or may not use computers. Of course there is a big overlap but in general computer science handles the technical working of computers whilst IT is concerned more with information manipulation and the business requirements.
