    It depends upon your interest. If you like electronics field then you should pursue B.Tech in electrical and the same goes for other branches. All the branches are good.

    Dear Manju,
    As per the current scenario, IT and CSE are the most demanded streams by companies. Doing a course in the same is worth from a reputed institute which has good set of companies visiting fro placements. I've seen students going for streams like Civil and Aeronautical Engineering. This is because of the upwards trend in the Real Estate and Airlines Sector. You should also check which stream do you feel suits your needs the best.
