Which branch is the best to pursue Robotic engineering? What are the selection criteria for that branch?

    For Robotic engineer,Mechanical is good branch.Even electrical and CS are good.But most of IITs have clubs for robotic.So on just your interest,you could join them.And then it does not matter from which branch you are.So,you just need to have a rank well suited to get any branch upto mechanical in IITs.Even if you do not get that much rank,do not let your interest die and you will do well.IIT Bombay mechanical is best followed by IIT Delhi mechanical.In 12 board you need to be in top 20 percentile of your respective board which is the eligibility criteria for jee advanced.
