Which branch of engineering has better scope in the future between CSE, ME, EE, EC?

As per my knowledge, All are good, but CSE is having more opportunities and a good scope for placements. If you're quick learner, then you can easily get a high package job. After that, EC then EE and ME. All are good, but CSE is having more opportunities and a good scope for placements. Computer Science is a dynamic and rapidly growing area that has become an integral part of the world that we live in today. Having a degree in this field will provide you with a deep understanding of theories and emerging technologies. This knowledge and experience will allow you to develop cutting-edge solutions that address today challenges. When applied in an interdisciplinary fashion, students can also draw on their other areas of interest such as Biology business, cyber security, economics, engineering, information assurance, languages and linguistics, mathematics, Physics public policy, etc. , to address a wider range of complex issues. Dear Subarna, These all branches of engineering are good and have a good scope in future. Moreover, these are evergreen branches of engineering. I have many friends who have done ME, CSE, EE, and EC programme at LPU. I highly recommend LPU for an engineering degree. EC and EE branch will have more scope than any other branch in India, as in India more and more electronics company are setting up their manufacturing plants, and hence this will create more and more jobs of the EC and EE students.

Out of all you have mentioned, ME is the best in terms of scope. Civil is also an emerging field. Additionally, there are many new domains coming.

I think EC and CS are the best branch if you want to get through IT companies in India. You will get the chance to work for some of the biggest companies in the world that include Software giant Microsoft, Samsung, Bharti Airtel, etc.

Every branch has its own advantages and disadvantages. It completely depends on your interest in subjects i.e. if you are comfortable in programming you can opt for CSE, if you are interested in semiconductors and mobiles you can opt for ECE.
