    As per my knowledge, All are good, but CSE is having more opportunities and a good scope for placements. If you're quick learner, then you can easily get a high package job. After that, EC then EE and ME. All are good, but CSE is having more opportunities and a good scope for placements.     Dear Subarna, These all branches of engineering are good and have a good scope in future. Moreover, these are evergreen branches of engineering. I have many friends who have done ME, CSE, EE, and EC programme at LPU. I highly recommend LPU for an engineering degree. Good Placement: Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed.     There is scope in almost every field. Nowadays CSE in demand and if you have an interest in machines then you can opt for mechanical engineering and if you have an interest in electronics then you can opt EE or EC. Here are the fastest-growing engineering sectors:

    EC and EE branch will have more scope than any other branch in India, as in India more and more electronics company are setting up their manufacturing plants, and hence this will create more and more jobs of the EC and EE students.

    Out of all you have mentioned, ME is the best in terms of scope. Civil is also an emerging field. Additionally, there are many new domains coming.

    Here are the branch rankings in terms of scope and growth:
    1. CSE
    2. ME
    3. EC
    4. EE
    Go for either CSE or ME, both these branches are amazing and will fetch you amazing salary packages if done from a good college. Top colleges for pursuing B.Tech in ME or CSE are:
    IITs
    Thapar, Patiala
    NIIDs
    UPES, Dehradun
    DTU, Delhi

    I think EC and CS are the best branch if you want to get through IT companies in India.
    You will get the chance to work for some of the biggest companies in the world that include Software giant Microsoft, Samsung, Bharti Airtel, etc.

    Every branch has its own advantages and disadvantages. It completely depends on your interest in subjects i.e. if you are comfortable in programming you can opt for CSE, if you are interested in semiconductors and mobiles you can opt for ECE.
