    Hello Dhruv,
The scope depends on different factors like location.
    1. Civil: India is a developing country and you can see that there are so many new construction developing day by day, so civil is very good field.
    2. Electrical: It is best. You may earn less compare to other, but you will never be jobless because all field need an electrician.
    3. Mechanical: It is also good and demanding field and you can also earn decent salary.
    4. Chemical: If you are in Gujarat than chemical is best for you because there are so many chemical industry.

I think electrical engineering has the best scope since daily there are new developments in the field of electricity and therefore it has a very wide scope in research and development in future.
