Being a chemical engineer will tag u to a particular type of job But CSE will provide u better oppurtunities .And the placements records of CSE graduate is pretty good as compared to that offered to a Chemical engineering graduate. There isnt much demand of Chem.Engineer in MNCs.
So I vl suggest u to choose CSE if u r nt much tilted to chemistry and its complexes.
