Which branch of engineering is good in LPU? In which branch faculty members are good?

The best branch of LPU in terms of placement and quality of students wise is electronics and communication ECE, then followed by CSE and IT. Though the best of the faculty is in CSE but the placements for the ECE then have a good percentage of students placed and the average package. Moreover, there is no difference in the two branches at a very large scale but I suggest you taking only that branch which you feels passionate about otherwise you may be stressed and depressed of the wrong decision for a long run. There are though options for course change after first semester, so you can opt for that opportunity too but that's opportunity is only for high scorers, hope if you can make it to that. LPU is overall best place for education. I have experienced in LPU as a student and I learned plenty of things during my graduation. LPU provides the beautiful infrastructure and all required resources to students and staff. I will highly recommended that if you really want to make your career with good level of education then you should go for LPU. When I was seeking college for admission for my graduation, I was quite confused. But after a long comparison with all relevant facts and figures I joined LPU and now I am an alumni of LPU and Decision for LPU was best decision of my life. LPU gave me extra edge in everything. LPU is Great in teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. LPU has around 2300 faculty members in the university. It has experienced, specialized and well qualified faculty members. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognition and accreditation and mark itself among the few of the top private universities.

Computer science and engineering is good in LPU as among all, it has the highest package, and more number of students placed.

LPU has one unique investment : That of intellectual capital. More than 700 PHDs More than 100 Post Doctorates More than 4000 research papers More than 200 patents All from all over the world! That too only in last one year ! So all the departments get their due share of intellect ans every school provides the relevant exposure to students. Hello, LPU is a brand in itself. It has been ranked as one of the best universities by various agencies on the basis of its infrastructure, its placements, its pedagogy, its faculty, to mention a few. All the branches are best at LPU. But if you look from the student prospective you will find many students are towards CSE. The university is having tie ups with many foreign universities and reputed companies thus facilitating higher education abroad and good placements respectively for their students. Big companies like Google, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Amazon, Adobe, etc come for recruitment purpose. Most of the students are placed in good companies with high package.
