Which branch of engineering should I choose among computer & ECE?
I am interested in both of these branches. Kindly suggest the best in terms of future and salary scope.

If you are passionate about programming and willing to learn new things every two years the Computer Science is field for you. Else you may opt for ECE. ECE has one advantage over Computers that they can be employed in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT and ITES companies whereas Computer engineers are mostly employed by IT companies. I always will recommend ECE over computers.
