Which branch of engineering should I opt for in B.Tech, CSE or ME?
I want to get a job abroad.

CS and Me are actually like north and south. Both are very different in terms of scope, salary and types of jobs. But, if you want to earn high and need a very wide scope in future, then opt computer Science in this stream only you can get very much in limited amount of time. And, for more wide expo

It totally depends on on your field of interest.
If you are looking for a government job, you can opt for mechanical or civil. Else, go for CSE.

Obviously CSE, because now a days everything is connected to computer. If you want to go for ME or Agriculture Engineering, or any field you prefer, you need to have the knowledge in computer.

I think it's absolutely correct.
CSE is the need for modern scenario and has got never ending scope from today's view.
But it's your decision, which course to choose so choose wisely and live efficiently.
