The branch depends on your interest. Choose a branch as per your interest. You can get private engineering colleges. Tell me your rank in MHT-CET and your category too. According to that, I may suggest you some colleges. You can get some good colleges.

Dear Aditya, Best B.Tech branches are CSE, ECE, ME, EE, Civil etc. You can choose the branch as per your interest. As per my experience, Lovely Professional University is the best engineering college in India. LPU becomes the best place to pursue an engineering degree with highly qualified teaching staff, best laboratories, and modern technologies. LPU provides abundant opportunities for students to think out of the box. Highlights of the programme: Credit Transfer: Student after successful completion of 2 years. It depends on your interest, budget and placement as you will have to go for a private college. 20 marks in JEE Mains are not enough.
    All the best.

Your JEE Mains score is not good, but you can do B.Tech in CSE from a private college.

I would recommend you to do BCA rather than B.Tech or BE but if you really wanna join engineering no matter what, then go for CSE, ECE or IT.
This is the best suggestion I can give you.
    Hope this will help you.
