    It depends on one's own interests but though you are from PCB background, I would like to suggest you:
    B.Tech in biotech
    B.Tech in bio informatics
    B.Tech in robotics
    B.Tech in mechanical
    B.Tech in electrical
    B.Tech in genetics engineering
    B.Tech in nanotechnology
    B.Tech in chemical

    You're eligible to study all engineering disciplines. But do basic research work on all available departments in engineering field and try to find out the syllabus of each discipline and short list the departments which you're interested in.
