    Hello Sumit,
    Both are totally different disciplines.
However, the engineering approach is same.
ECE is about electronics and how the different electrical components (Microprocessor, RAM, etc.) communicate with each other. It has more physics in it. There is a little programming involved but not much.
CSE deals with telling these components what to do and when to do it; by programming them. It has a lot of logic involved and maths too.
    Good luck.
    Thank you.

Computer Science is the hottest field of engineering these days and it is going to be hot in the foreseeable future. There is an abundance of job in CS field.
ECE on the other hand is an amazing mix of CS and Electrical engineering. It is all about diodes and ICs, transistors and circuits. There is less scope for ECE in India as there are few related companies. Most ECE graduates end up in IT companies. Only the top 5% get into hardcore EC/Telecommunication companies.
