Hello sudarshan, it depends as to which specialisation you will opt and yes currently I am pursuing MBA (HRM) from Patna University. And the first thought that comes into mind when you hear that a person is a HR manager is that - the person must be responsible for appoinments, promotions, transfers, etc. But the most important work of a HR manager is to provide data.
