Which branch should I choose among CS and ECE? I have scored 130 marks in JEE advance, 165 marks in JEE mains and 92% in class 12th.

Getting into NIT, Warangal is difficult since we don't have 12 marks criteria. I suggest you call us.CSE is better than ECE. -

You have scored quite well in JEE Mains. I feel you can get admission in NIT Warangal but it would have been almost sure if you had scored 250+ in JEE Mains.
