Which branch should I choose for B.Tech among CS, electronics and mechanical for better placements?

I've got 82% in 12th and 230 in UPTU.

Depending on the college, the package and placement may differ. If you are Interested in a particular subject, choose that. Because you will have to study hard to get good placement. If you want placement after BE or B.Tech, then you should go with CS, because CS is the branch where you learn everything related to IT companies and generally CS goes for placement. Good luck.
