Which branch should I take for becoming a VLSI engineer? I've passed 12th and confused between EE, ENTC and EC.

You should opt for electronics and communication branch, because this branch teaches you the mini and micro thing used in the VLSI system. Large components are integrated on very large scale that is VLSI which is done By EC engineers.
