Which branch should I take in engineering to get a related branch's government job?

you can go through any branch just see that after your Bachelors you go for IES(Indian Engineering Services) if you clear so you can get a government job

Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engeneering gives you wide scope in government jobs in India. There are various post are allotted for civil and Mechanical Engineers. Best of Luck :)
