NIIT University offers BTech for a duration of four years. This course is offered in full-time mode across six specialisations. Admission to all the BTech specialisations is entirely entrance specific. Candidates who have passed Class 12 with minimum 60% aggregate with Physics, Mathematics and English as mandatory subjects are eligible to apply for the course. Fee waivers are offered to students if they meet particular criteria. INR 25,000 fee waiver is offered to siblings of alumni and current NU students, children of ex/current NIIT Ltd. employees, including NU, and students domiciled in Rajasthan. Wards of Armed Forces Personnel and OBC/SC/ST category students get a fee waiver of INR 15,000.
