Whether Rayat or Bahra. Both are private universities not the under control of AICTE. Doing B.Tech in CSE from Indo Global college will be a good option. It is affiliated with government university & approved by AICTE. I visited this college 2 months back for exam purpose. It is having a good infrastructure, is well maintained and a clean campus.

Indo Global is better than Rayat. It has played an important part in laying the foundation for my professional career. Teachers here not just focus on covering the syllabus, but also focus on developing life skills. It is an immense pleasure for me to write some words for my alma mater and thank them for shaping my career.
