which campus is good for M.Tech(for ECE grads) between DIT,Dehradun and asansol engg. coll., asansol. I am GATE qualified with 87% in 2011

I want comparision in terms of : 1) how old their M.Tech prog. is? 2) Is there any scholarship for GATE candidates? 3) Is career good after doing M.TECH from there? 4) How about campus life? 5) Will they allow me to take classes? I know admission procedure but don't know abt above questions? help
