Which campus of Chitkara is better in terms of placements and discipline Baddi campus or Rajpura?

Hi, Placements ultimately of both campuses happen at Rajpura Campus. When you talk about discipline, it's what you decide. Both campuses have almost same rules and their implementation actually depends on how you behave.
