Which Canadian universities can I target with 72% in BE (computer science) & 8 cleared backlogs? I'm looking for MS in MIS/CS.

Congratulations first of all for getting such good score in IELTS. With such good score, you can aim for top universities in Canada for your desired programme in the following universities, university of Toronto, Waterloo University, Mcgill University, University of British Coloumbia, Mcmaster University and many more. Since you have cleared your Bachelors with good GPA and cleared all backlogs you can aim high. Good luck and I hope this helps you out.
