Which Canadian universities can I target with 72% in my BE (computer science) with 8 cleared backlogs?
I want to pursue MS in CS or MS in MS from a good and reputed university in Canada.

Well, you have a good score but the number of backlogs can be a matter of concern. As Canadian universities do not accept more than 5 backlogs.
