Which career option is better among B.Sc nursing and B.Sc biotechnology? I have done 12th (biology) with 78%.

HI Aisha, The biotechnology is a rapidly developing field. Many private businesses are exploring this field and heavily investing in it. It is safe to say that there are ample job opportunities for Biotechnology graduates in private sector. Government sector too offers job opportunities, but not in the scale in which private sector does. Some prominent industries where biotechnology professionals may find jobs are- PharmaceuticalsiIndustry, Healthcare sector, chemical industry and research sector. On the other hand, after completion of the nursing course, there are various career opportunities available. The nurses can get jobs in both government and private sectors. Mostly they work in areas like government and private hospitals, nursing homes, old age homes, orphanages, various industries, sanatoriums and armed forces. So, it depends on where your interest lies and then you can take a call accordingly.
